Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead and coach a team on the sales floor to deliver great consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model. Partner with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals, manage day-to-day team activities, and maintain high service standards. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
