Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a brand ambassador for Coach, driving personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, execute sales plans to meet KPIs, and complete operational tasks like cash wrap, inventory processing, and merchandising while maintaining service standards.
