Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with Epiroc and client SHEQ requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • •Assist customers with diagnostic evaluations and advise on removal, repair, and installation procedures.
  • •Monitor repair and maintenance events, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to maximize machine availability and utilization.
  • •Process warranty claims in line with company guidelines.
  • •Provide technical mentoring, support, and training to customers, and help develop preventative equipment maintenance plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a relevant Australian (or recognized) Trade Qualification.
  • •Have customer-facing field expertise with Epiroc surface ground products.
  • •Demonstrate sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  • •Show extensive experience maintaining surface heavy mobile mining equipment, including hydraulic and low-voltage electrical repairs.
  • •Maintain a strong safety focus and bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
