  • •Define and own the multi-year category strategy for the sourcing model, supplier segmentation, risk posture, and cost ambition.
  • •Lead key supplier relationships and partnership governance, including joint investment plans and multi-year contracts.
  • •Run tender processes end-to-end from strategy/data-pack through award and supplier briefing.
  • •Drive commercial performance for cluster cost, savings targets, and COGS variance with data-first tracking and analysis.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Category Managers, including capacity planning and performance development.

Key Requirements

  • •7+/9+ years in strategic procurement, supply chain, or a closely related commercial discipline.
  • •Demonstrated track record building strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and partnership governance.
  • •Experience setting and executing category strategy across a meaningful portfolio, ideally managing a cluster of subcategories or a team.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop others through formal leadership, mentoring, or cross-functional project leadership.
  • •Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong communication to senior stakeholders and an evidence-based approach to decision-making.
