Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and drive the implementation of program strategy, objectives, targets, and deliverables for Loyalty and Rewards initiatives.
  • •Oversee program and project planning, including milestone management, scope management, governance, and risk/issue management.
  • •Manage program reporting, KPI/financial information, budgeting, costs, and adherence to divisional requirements.
  • •Provide capacity planning, resource tracking, and manage cross-program dependencies and the dependency log.
  • •Synthesize and interpret data, perform data forecasting (e.g., regressions/predictive modeling), and prepare C-level reports.
