Key Responsibilities

•Review client files for conformance with applicable AML policies, procedures and regulatory requirements for new WM account openings and work with front office teams to facilitate queries
•Provide support and functional knowledge as it relates to compliance with applicable AML laws, rules and standards
•Identify and escalate to Global AML management any regulatory compliance risks associated with the file reviews completed
•Carry out business-related activities that may be required to support Global AML Compliance guidelines
•Provide support as requested by Global AML Management as necessary to resolve compliance issues, including actions in response to Regulatory exam and Audit findings

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,500 - 98,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of AML, CIP, EDD and KYC regulatory requirements and Economic Sanctions laws and regulations, usually acquired through formal education or experience

•Strong written communication skills to document work and summarize findings
•Strong organizational skills
•Experience with regulatory compliance in financial institutions is preferred or gained through formal education or work experience
