Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on high-risk, high-complexity, high-value projects or programmes.
  • •Define scope and coordinate scope decomposition to enable establishment of a Work Breakdown Structure.
  • •Establish robust performance measurement baselines and manage the change control process.
  • •Ensure scope, cost, risk and schedule integration and alignment; analyse performance data including Earned Value Management to support delivery decisions.
  • •Support governance and risk management, assure quality and integrity of team outputs, and mentor/coaching team members to improve capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering projects in highly regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
  • •Project Controls experience across the whole project lifecycle.
  • •Experience applying two or more Project Controls disciplines including Planning/Scheduling, Cost Estimation, Cost Control, Risk Management, and/or Performance Reporting (with associated software/tools).
  • •Strong understanding of how Integrated Project Controls disciplines operate.
  • •Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical or management field (or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience) and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., Association for Project Management or Project Management Institute).
