Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end manufacturing technology by owning manufacturing applications and digital factory solutions, driving SAP and MES-enabled process transformation.
  • •Ensure seamless IT/OT integration and govern manufacturing master data and solution standards to enable operational excellence, compliance, standardization, and business continuity.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and OT to translate requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions.
  • •Drive Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IT/OT convergence initiatives using automation, shopfloor connectivity, real-time data, and advanced analytics, enabling continuous improvement across global production operations.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, optimizing manufacturing performance metrics (e.g., OEE, quality, reliability, throughput, cost) and leading global transformation programs while promoting DevSecOps and product-centric ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years delivering and optimizing digital manufacturing solutions, with deep expertise in SAP Manufacturing (PP, PP-PI, QM, PM, EWM), MES, production planning, quality, maintenance, and shopfloor operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, master data, and operational technologies including BOMs, routings, recipes, SCADA, PLCs, historians, and ISA-95 IT/OT integration.
  • •Proven ability to design and integrate end-to-end manufacturing solutions across SAP, MES, Quality, Supply Chain, LIMS, Engineering, Warehouse Management, and OT platforms in global manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience leading SAP S/4HANA, MES, Industry 4.0, manufacturing harmonization, and digital transformation programs from requirements through deployment and support.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., IT, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain), with strong stakeholder communication and analytical problem-solving.
