Key Responsibilities

  • •Review internal purchase requisitions for correctness and place purchase orders.
  • •Plan and place purchase orders for assigned parts/components/assemblies using cost, lead time, ECO changes, and item complexity.
  • •Use reports and demand planning tools to forecast future demand with the Demand Planner and publish supplier forecasts.
  • •Maintain inventory and safety stock targets through ongoing purchase order maintenance; meet supplier pricing, quality, and on-time delivery commitments.
  • •Maintain MRP fields, support engineering changes and SQE with quality, and oversee vendor returns including documentation.

Salary: USD 82,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 2–4 years of procurement/supply chain experience preferred (or 3–6 years preferred).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing and/or regulated environment (Medical, Aerospace, Nuclear) preferred.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and ERP implementation experience preferred.
  • •APICS CPIM certification preferred.
  • •Proficiency with MRP systems; Oracle preferred; strong Excel and Word skills.
