Job Summary

Lead manufacturing engineering activities across plant automation, maintenance, product handling, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities

•Manage all department activities including plant automation, plant/building maintenance, product handling, process optimization, IML systems, cost reduction, plant and machine PMs, and stable OPs.
•Optimize productivity and product flow in support of all plant departments.
•Support capital project justification, specifications, and implementation, including new tooling test runs and qualifications.
•Assist with plant automation, robotics, and new capital projects related to plant/building/equipment.
•Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance (including ISO/SQF procedures) and monitor OPMS per the JDE schedule; coordinate vendor services and purchasing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,302.4 - 120,519.47 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or plant operations with proven leadership responsibility.

•Demonstrated experience managing capital projects, including planning, budgeting, and implementation.
•Proficiency in CAD software and ability to develop technical drawings as needed.
•Knowledge of ISO and SQF standards with experience in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
