Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of a core product area or new 0→1 initiative to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
•Implement lightweight, stage-appropriate product processes such as bet reviews, PR/FAQs, and design critiques.
•Serve as a force multiplier across Product, Design, and Engineering to raise the organization’s quality bar.
•Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to shape pilots and craft launch strategies, influencing packaging and pricing.
•Apply exceptional execution and high-quality product decisions to deliver outsized results.

Key Requirements

•4-8+ years of experience directly owning entire product suites.
•World-class product judgment and customer empathy, turning complex enterprise workflows into simple products.
•Proven end-to-end product ownership, leading products from discovery through launch to scale with high autonomy.
•Enterprise B2B startup experience partnering with Sales, CS, and Marketing on pricing, packaging, enablement, pilots, and expansion.
•Hands-on experience with applied LLMs and modern AI productization (LLM evals, retrieval/grounding, prompt-response workflows, human-in-the-loop systems).
