  • •Creatively solve design challenges by removing non-value-added elements and translating requirements into measurable performance criteria.
  • •Create sub-system functional and reliability test plans and coordinate execution with internal and external lab resources.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers and technicians, including guidance on documentation and design-for-manufacturing tolerances, and lead root cause problem solving for customer concerns.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in new product design of medium or high voltage electrical products.
  • •Translate internal and external customer requirements into measurable performance criteria and resolve poorly defined or missing requirements.
  • •Develop sub-system functional and reliability test plans and coordinate test execution using internal and external lab resources.
  • •Knowledge of medium voltage electrical distribution equipment and metal oxide varistor (arresters) technology (preferred).
