Key Responsibilities

•Manage a diverse portfolio of UK commercial claims and ensure timely progression and optimal conclusions.
•Deal with cases in line with FCA guidelines and pre-action protocols; manage cases within Claims Portal.
•Establish relevant coverages and handle claims within delegated authority end-to-end.
•Provide expert advice, advocacy, technical analysis and litigation support to facilitate settlements.
•Liaise with stakeholders and maintain key client contacts; maintain electronic claim files and coordinate internal claims-related activities.

Key Requirements

•Experience handling UK commercial insurance claims, with emphasis on commercial or retail liability and/or property claims.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and structured approach.
•Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
•Proactive in maintaining electronic claim files and coordinating internal claims-related activities.
