Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with DF contract manufacturers to drive site-wide inventory control execution and ensure fulfillment continuity.
  • •Monitor and guide daily DF inventory control activities, including dual systems reconciliation, cycle count progress, auditing, and reporting.
  • •Oversee inventory transaction reconciliation and coordinate with corporate finance to ensure financial compliance.
  • •Lead comprehensive inventory audits and physical validations to maintain inventory accuracy and accountability.
  • •Initiate and lead continuous improvements across DF inventory control operations, including FIFO enforcement, resolving MRB and aging inventory, and improving cycle count accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or contract manufacturer operations in the high-tech industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Deep expertise in inventory control best practices and data-driven supply chain efficiency.
  • •Experience working in global supply chains and managing contract manufacturers (EMS).
  • •APICS / CPIM / CSCP certification is highly preferred.
