Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Profit & Loss production, analysis, commentaries, and Balance Sheet reconciliations/substantiation for Global Markets.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of Markets business/processes and comply with group policies, audit/controls, and compliance requirements.
  • •Ensure Finance Product Control service delivery meets agreed SLA standards and maintain a well-defined control environment.
  • •Align Product Controls to global standards and flag deviations, continually assessing operational risks and mitigation needs.
  • •Drive high-impact quality and efficiency projects (Lean/Six Sigma) and ensure BCP documentation, agreement, and testing timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree from a reputable institution with a minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields (e.g., Product Control, Valuations).
  • •Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and handling conflicts.
  • •Strong understanding of financial markets products and valuation/risk sensitivities, including Greeks and risk factor P&L analysis.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience driving project implementation.
  • •Knowledge/experience in Treasury and/or Hedge Accounting, including accounting controls for financial instruments.
