  • •Design and architect AI-powered solutions that address engineering productivity challenges and enhance customer-facing products across the CMS organization.
  • •Lead technical initiatives using agentic AI, LLMs, and machine learning to automate workflows and improve software quality.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and develop scalable best-in-class software solutions for multiple Visa offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters), or 2 years with a PhD, or 11+ years relevant experience.
  • •Preferred: 9+ years with a Bachelor’s or 7+ with an Advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Master’s in Math/Science/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems (or related) with minimum 6 years in a directly related field, or Bachelor’s with minimum 8 years (or minimum 11 years directly related experience).
  • •Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, or generative AI applications; familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
  • •Knowledge of commercial payments/money movement (B2B payables, payment processing) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), plus API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
