Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and solve cross-cutting platform problems that slow product squads down and implement durable solutions across the engineering org.
  • •Build and operate observability platforms (metrics, tracing, logging, alerting) to give clear visibility into system health for product teams and on-call engineers.
  • •Evolve deployment automation, release management, and infrastructure-as-code; improve environment management and test infrastructure to reduce lead time and improve CI feedback.
  • •Architect secure, cost-effective, and scalable infrastructure for multi-tenant, multi-region deployments while paying down tech debt proactively.
  • •Mentor engineers across squads, promote platform reliability patterns, and act as a culture carrier for reliability and developer experience.
