Key Responsibilities

•Identify and solve cross-cutting platform problems that slow product squads down and implement durable solutions across the engineering org.
•Build and operate observability platforms (metrics, tracing, logging, alerting) to give clear visibility into system health for product teams and on-call engineers.
•Evolve deployment automation, release management, and infrastructure-as-code; improve environment management and test infrastructure to reduce lead time and improve CI feedback.
•Architect secure, cost-effective, and scalable infrastructure for multi-tenant, multi-region deployments while paying down tech debt proactively.
•Mentor engineers across squads, promote platform reliability patterns, and act as a culture carrier for reliability and developer experience.
