Job Summary

Drive ViyaFit membership sales and revenue growth through high-volume proactive outreach, disciplined lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term members. Make outbound cold calls, book club tour appointments, run tours and consultations, and follow up on enquiries, referrals, and digital leads. Maintain accurate CRM records, support onboarding to reduce churn, and hit monthly new-membership and AED revenue targets for ViyaFit Mina Seyahi in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Make a minimum of 60 outbound cold calls per day to prospective members.
•Book at least 10 club tour appointments per day.
•Where appointment targets fall short, conduct additional business-development outreach (corporate, hotel guests, residential, partnerships and referrals).
•Conduct club tours and consultations to convert prospects into members.
•Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly on enquiries, referrals and digital leads; support member onboarding to reduce early churn and drive referrals.

Key Requirements

•Minimum two years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality or wellness.
•Proven track record of hitting high-volume activity and revenue targets.
•Confident, resilient cold-caller comfortable with daily outbound targets.
•Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and CRM skills.
•UAE experience is advantageous; female candidates preferred.
