Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients courteously and completing complex and standardized transactions while keeping accurate records and handling assigned monies properly.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking to improve their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities by fulfilling or referring appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and possible overnights.

  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
  • •Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills for branch automation and demonstrate proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
