Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipeline for a production Salesforce org and custom internal applications from branching/validation through deploy and rollback.
  • •Define change classification and routing into agentic, human-in-the-loop, or AI-assisted lanes, including validation gates and escalation between lanes when validation fails or risk changes.
  • •Build the agent operations layer: agent scope, tools/permissions, sandboxing differences for Salesforce vs. custom apps, and boundaries for what agents can’t do unsupervised.
  • •Implement approval workflows that keep PR review and business sign-off as distinct gates, including rules for required approvers and evidence.
  • •Own environment strategy, secrets handling, deploy observability, and kill-switch/rollback mechanics across all three lanes, and produce SOX-scoped audit trail evidence.
