Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, launch, and manage user access review (UAR) campaigns in the IGA platform (Saviynt), including schedule coordination and milestone tracking.
  • •Monitor campaign progress, manage escalations for overdue reviews, and validate campaign scope before launch and during closure.
  • •Support reviewers and end-users with access review expectations, certification decisions, and platform navigation; develop guidance materials and FAQs.
  • •Perform post-certification lookback processes to confirm revoked access is removed and document revocation exceptions, remediation outcomes, and audit-ready evidence.
  • •Produce campaign status reporting and partner with IT identity governance engineering to validate application readiness and improve review workflows.

Key Requirements
