Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for a fast-paced construction project, including logistics and resource allocation.
  • •Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture through contractor and internal partners.
  • •Manage construction site logistics: daily deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials.
  • •Maintain SWPP and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while keeping daily operation logs.
  • •Coordinate procurement and execution of construction sub-projects: gather contractor proposals, assign contracts, develop cost/schedule, and track project status.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •3+ years of professional experience in construction or aerospace, leading or coordinating a labor force
  • •3+ years of hands-on trade experience in welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • •Ability to work safely at heights (up to 500 ft), in confined spaces, and meet the physical requirements described
