•Drive business development in power industries via market expansion, pipeline management, and contract negotiations.
•Provide technical sales support for epoxy insulation components and condenser bushing systems.
•Manage multi-tier client relationships through negotiation, operational coordination, and technical collaboration.
•Coordinate with R&D, Operations, and Finance to align resources for global key accounts (GKA).
•Present business cases to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
•8+ years in BD/technical sales within power systems, mining, or heavy machinery industries.
•Understanding of MV/LV electrical components, epoxy insulation technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes.
•Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and Power BI for data analytics/visualization.
•Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, consultative selling, and good spoken and written English.
