Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform month-end and quarterly close and reporting processes for the identified EMEA entities, including journal entries, review of financial statements, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
  • •Manage the accounts payable function for all EMEA entities, ensuring WHR policy compliance and timely vendor payments, including review of expense vouchers for tax and WHR compliance.
  • •Manage quarterly and annual reporting, tax and audit cycles, ensuring schedules and audit/tax requests are met in a timely manner and filings comply with legislative requirements.
  • •Liaise with external accounting firms for local and US GAAP compliance, identify opportunities to streamline processes, and cross-functionally implement changes.
  • •Audit and approve expenses in the SAP Concur system, train new hires, and enforce Travel & Entertainment policies to minimize errors and ensure timely payments.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • •ACCA or equivalent certified
  • •Strong PC skills including Excel, Oracle and Hyperion (HFM)
  • •Fluency in English (essential) and good communication skills
  • •Self-motivated with leadership abilities to manage and develop the Accounting team
