Lead and grow AECOM’s Ports & Marine Engineering practice, combining work winning with operational and people leadership. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support client relationships for the Ports & Marine practice, ensuring successful delivery against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
•Drive continuous improvement through client feedback and delivery performance while implementing and upholding AECOM project governance standards.
•Grow capability and capacity within the practice via regional leadership and Enterprise Capability (EC) collaboration, including utilisation and resource planning.
•Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing teams and foster an inclusive culture across distributed groups.
•Support work winning end-to-end for projects and bids, develop discipline-specific EC strategies, and lead Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) and Wellbeing initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in ports, coastal, or marine engineering, including leading large, complex programs.
•Professional registration (e.g., Chartered Engineer, PE, or equivalent) and a degree in civil/coastal/marine engineering or a related field.
•Proven success in client development and winning strategic pursuits, delivering major multi-disciplinary projects.
•Strong technical grounding in marine structures, coastal protection, dredging and reclamation, terminals, navigation, and resilience.
•Familiarity with relevant standards and guidance (e.g., PIANC and regional codes) plus digital delivery (BIM, analytics, modeling).
