Job Summary

Design, operate, and continuously improve enterprise identity services that enable authentication, federation, access management, and identity lifecycle processes. Build identity platform services for workforce and application access, support onboarding and integrations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and create automation and runbooks. Troubleshoot authentication and access issues, harden identity services, and improve reliability while partnering across security, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years engineering identity and access management solutions across authentication, federation, access control, lifecycle, and governance.
•Experience integrating, modernizing, or migrating IAM capabilities across enterprise environments (public cloud and on-premises).
•Deep understanding of identity/authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM.
•Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk (or similar).
