Key Responsibilities

  • •Design roadway projects and perform related design calculations (superelevation, stopping sight distance, decision sight distance, acceleration/deceleration lanes)
  • •Work with Junior, Mid, and Senior engineers in a team to deliver projects
  • •Utilize Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads for modeling and drafting
  • •Contribute to design/build or alternate delivery project efforts and roadway design analyses
  • •Collaborate with State DOT and other transportation teams to meet project objectives

Key Requirements

  • •BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Roadway CAD Designers & Roadway Modelers)
  • •BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Junior Level Engineers)
  • •BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Mid-Level Engineers)
  • •BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads)
  • •Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
