Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical epics from planning and estimation through execution, release, and closure.
  • •Manage delivery across engineering teams to ensure commitments on scope, timelines, quality, and dependencies are met.
  • •Break down initiatives into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans; track progress and resolve impediments.
  • •Establish delivery governance with RAID management, milestone tracking, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
  • •Facilitate delivery discussions, support Agile ceremonies, and adapt delivery practices based on program complexity and needs.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of overall experience with strong technical project/program management and engineering delivery ownership.
  • •Proven experience leading large, complex epics or technology programs across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and modern engineering practices for end-to-end delivery.
  • •Experience with Agile/Scrum (backlog management, sprint/release planning, delivery tracking) and managing risks/issues/dependencies.
  • •Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
