Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner in execution and planning to translate inclusion and belonging priorities into high-quality employee experiences.
  • •Support ERG leaders as the day-to-day operational partner by evaluating impact and designing outcome-driven programming.
  • •Establish governance and scalable systems (playbooks, documentation, communication norms) to make ERG work easier to run and scale.
  • •Coordinate distributed community engagement and inclusive, accessible programming across geographies for a remote workforce.
  • •Manage program logistics and budgets (vendors, event logistics, forecasting) and measure participation and feedback to evolve impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,900 - 144,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, People Operations, Community Programs, Inclusion & Belonging, or related work in fast-paced environments.
  • •Owned operational workstreams end to end and can work autonomously with responsibility for program outcomes.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting ERGs/affinity groups or large-scale engagement programs, with emphasis on trust, care, and consistency.
  • •Strong project execution: manage multiple priorities and deliver reliably through ambiguous or evolving work.
  • •A systems mindset: build repeatable processes and scalable frameworks, with comfort using tools and AI (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
