Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals and support clientele generation through customer engagement.
  • •Deliver an elevated in-store client experience and act as a brand ambassador by sharing Reformation’s stories and sustainability focus.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy and controls, help contribute to loss prevention, and uphold time and attendance policies.
  • •Keep the selling floor aligned with brand and concept standards while sharing product feedback based on customer input.
