Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team to deliver systematic, cost-effective, and responsive maintenance of building equipment, systems, and common services.
  • •Oversee the Building Operations Centre (BOC) operations, ensuring timely handling of service requests, feedback, and complaints with issues tracked to closure.
  • •Manage Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and other FM service contracts to meet specifications, SLAs/KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Plan and monitor energy and utility consumption to support sustainability targets, including Green Mark and energy management goals.
  • •Prepare, manage, and control operating and capital expenditure budgets, including forecasting and cost tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or work experience is an added advantage.
  • •Basic understanding of FM operations, building services, and systems (MEP, ACMV, P&S, fire protection).
  • •Certifications such as BCA GMAP (FM), SCEM, WEMP, or FSM are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • •Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
