Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team to deliver systematic, cost-effective, and responsive maintenance of building equipment, systems, and common services.
•Oversee the Building Operations Centre (BOC) operations, ensuring timely handling of service requests, feedback, and complaints with issues tracked to closure.
•Manage Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and other FM service contracts to meet specifications, SLAs/KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
•Plan and monitor energy and utility consumption to support sustainability targets, including Green Mark and energy management goals.
•Prepare, manage, and control operating and capital expenditure budgets, including forecasting and cost tracking.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
•Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or work experience is an added advantage.
•Basic understanding of FM operations, building services, and systems (MEP, ACMV, P&S, fire protection).
•Certifications such as BCA GMAP (FM), SCEM, WEMP, or FSM are advantageous but not mandatory.
•Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
