Key Responsibilities

  • •Create Spur’s visual identity—including brand, design system, and style guidelines
  • •Design entirely new user workflows that make complex systems feel fast, intuitive, and powerful
  • •Drive a culture of craft, where design quality and attention to detail are valued across the company
  • •Work closely with engineering and product to shape the roadmap through a design lens
