Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large-scale transformation programs across Individual, Group Life, and P&C insurance lines from strategy through execution.
  • •Drive insurance operations improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for change and process re-engineering across business and technical functions.
  • •Own end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-wide initiatives, translating requirements into actionable solution designs.
  • •Manage change management across impacted stakeholder groups to ensure adoption and minimize disruption during transformation.
  • •Establish governance frameworks for delivery progress, quality, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams, including Agile delivery governance and multi-stream dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of experience in the insurance industry across Individual Life, Group Life, and Property & Casualty (P&C), including Insurance Operations and Process Re-engineering.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Strong business analysis and solution design ability, translating business requirements into actionable solution designs.
  • •Proven change management and stakeholder management skills, engaging senior business and technical leaders.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of modern technology and transformation, including cloud services (AWS, Azure), microservices, REST APIs, and core insurance systems.
