Job Summary

Lead end-to-end recruiting for CrowdStrike’s Sales and Go-to-Market organization across ASEAN as the Southeast Asia lead recruiter. Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy, deliver market intelligence, and drive rigorous, structured hiring practices. Build proactive pipelines, leverage AI and automation to improve recruiting outcomes, coach another recruiter, and maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting in Workday and other tools.

•Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to develop workforce plans and hiring strategies aligned to business growth.
•Lead full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Go-To-Market functions.
•Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
•Champion AI and automation to improve recruiter productivity, candidate engagement, and hiring quality.
•Provide day-to-day coaching and performance guidance to another recruiter and elevate recruiting excellence across the APJ Talent Acquisition team.
