Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and implementation of strategic procurement and contracting activities aligned with business objectives and project requirements.
  • •Lead end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management activities from sourcing and tendering through contract award, administration, change management, claims management, and close-out.
  • •Prepare procurement and contracting strategies, tender documentation, contract award recommendations, and commercial evaluation criteria.
  • •Support sourcing and procurement of complex goods and services, including competitive tender processes, supplier evaluations, and due diligence.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement and commercial risks; monitor contract compliance, manage variations, and support dispute resolution where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in procurement, commercial management, contract management, or supply chain roles, preferably within renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
  • •Experience managing contracts through the full project lifecycle, including tendering, contract award, contract administration, change management, and claims management.
  • •Strong understanding of supplier sourcing, tender evaluations, procurement governance, and contract negotiation principles.
  • •Familiarity with standard forms of contract such as NEC, FIDIC, LOGIC, or equivalent industry contracts.
  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
