Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized tools, scan tools, and technical manuals; execute repairs on vehicle components and systems.
  • •Perform comprehensive scheduled maintenance and execute factory recall campaigns following manufacturer specifications and best practices.
  • •Accurately document all services performed and communicate findings, recommended additional repairs, and maintenance needs to the Service Advisor.
  • •Adhere to dealership and OEM procedures for service work and maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
  • •Collaborate with other technicians, parts team members, and service advisors to maintain smooth workflow and continuously learn through training while supporting junior technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable independent shop.
  • •Foundational knowledge of automotive systems including engines, brakes, and tires, with familiarity across vehicle makes and models.
  • •Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using diagnostic software and specialized tools.
  • •ASE certifications are highly preferred, with OEM-specific training/certifications a significant plus.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and have a valid driver’s license; must be at least 18 years old.
