Lead the Eastern Hemisphere payroll function across APAC, EMEA, and MENA, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll delivery and timely financial close. Manage a payroll team and vendor relationships to support budgeting and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries within APAC, EMEA, and MENA regions
•Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, tax laws, corporate policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements
•Oversee payroll processing activities including gross-to-net calculations, payroll accounting, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting
•Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide policies and compliance frameworks
•Prepare and present payroll analytics, management reports, and variance analysis with actionable insights for leadership

Key Requirements

•Eight years of progressive experience in finance or accounting with management experience
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; professional certifications in Finance/Accounting are an advantage
•Strong knowledge of SAP/S4 HANA and Hyperion; experience with SAP/Hyperion and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and SuccessFactors HCM is preferred
•Professional accounting certification (CPA) preferred
•Ability to recruit, train and develop accounting personnel and act as a trusted business advisor on financial issues
