Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales, OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and forecasting processes in line with regional targets
•Monitor financial and commercial performance, providing timely insights and recommendations to management
•Analyze sales, margins, product and customer profitability to support commercial strategy and decisions
•Manage working capital, credit limits, collections and cash planning in close collaboration with Sales and Credit Management
•Oversee product costing, manufacturing cost analysis and inventory performance, supporting cost optimization at site level

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA or MBA is a plus)
•At least 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally in a Commercial Controlling role
•In depth Finance & Accounting process understanding and knowledge of local rules & legislations (civil/corporate/tax/law)
•Solid understanding of financial planning, performance management and accounting principles
•Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience with SAP FI/CO is preferred
