Own the end-to-end roadmap for Hawk’s agentic product suite, covering investigation, customer due diligence, regulatory reporting, and the supporting platform capabilities. Shape product vision and multi-year strategy in close alignment with leadership and adjacent product teams, ensure clean integration across screening/fraud/KYC, and maintain tight agile delivery. Serve as the external face of the roadmap in customer and competitive settings while balancing commercial ownership and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the agentic roadmap end-to-end, including backlog prioritization, triage, in-year roadmap execution, and accountability for what ships.
•Set product vision and multi-year strategy for the agentic product line in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
•Drive commercial ownership for the agentic line, including pricing, packaging, and CARR/revenue framing alongside product planning.
•Represent the agentic roadmap externally in customer advisory boards, competitive reviews, analyst conversations, and enterprise deal support.
•Ensure agentic capabilities integrate cleanly with adjacent screening, fraud, and KYC product teams while keeping documentation, briefings, and product communications up to date.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager plus 3–5 years in the financial industry, ideally with exposure to AML, fraud, sanctions screening, and KYC/CDD.
•Hands-on experience building agentic products in a regulated environment, including explainability, safety, accuracy monitoring, and bias considerations.
•Strong product operations instincts: run tight, agile processes, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and keep planning solid without firefighting.
•Decisive prioritization with a quality bar—ability to slice, scope, and rescope under pressure and defend scope decisions.
•Commercial literacy: apply pricing/packaging thinking alongside feature scoping and translate customer and market needs into roadmap ideas.
