Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and accountability for the delivery of highly complex projects and programmes across the Utilities sector.
  • •Set strategy, challenge stakeholders, and manage performance to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • •Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and advisors, across differing environments.
  • •Apply CDM understanding and lead health, safety, and wellbeing accountability for those within your sphere of responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • •Proven leadership ability to set high standards, manage performance against expectations, and efficiently use people and resources in challenging, ambiguous environments.
  • •Accountability for health, safety, and wellbeing, with practical understanding of CDM and ability to apply it appropriately across teams.
  • •Ability to anticipate client challenges, determine applicable solutions, and innovate sustainably through deep understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • •Coach and mentor others, building inclusive, collaborative environments and developing best practice to nurture emerging potential.
