Key Responsibilities

  • •Full-Stack Mastery: work with modern frontend and backend technologies to ship features and own them
  • •Lean and scalable infrastructure: rapidly develop and scale backend infrastructure
  • •Product collaboration: actively collaborate with engineering, UX and product teams including the founder to shape the product
  • •Maintain high standards: deliver code that is well tested and maintainable
  • •Mentoring and coaching: mentor less experienced engineers in the team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (brilliant dropouts welcome)
  • •6+ years of experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • •Expertise in React/Node.js for frontend/backend development
  • •Deep system design skills with AI-powered, scalable systems
  • •Practical knowledge of CI/CD and cloud services on at least one major provider (Google Cloud, AWS or Azure)
