  • •Own execution of the firm’s most complex, high-impact initiatives as principal program lead for multi-project portfolios.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and senior business analysts, including feedback and career paths.
  • •Partner with executive leadership (COO and CTO) to translate firm objectives into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics.
  • •Drive executive-level transparency through analysis, weekly program reviews, and risk escalation with mitigation plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading large-scale strategic programs in financial services or management consulting, including at least 3 years managing teams.
  • •Exceptional leadership with strong people-management skills to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
  • •Expert project/program management capabilities including road-mapping, dependency management, risk governance, and executive reporting.
