Director – Corporate Strategy & Transformation

Lead corporate strategy and transformation initiatives by setting operating models, processes, and standards that strengthen business analysis, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Own complex, high-impact multi-project portfolios end-to-end, partnering with executive leadership (COO/CTO) to translate objectives into roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics. Manage and mentor a growing team of business analysts and senior analysts based onsite in New York.
