Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare/review balance sheet and P/L schedules and consolidated final accounts per IFRS.
  • •Prepare and consolidate annual reports & accounts and perform variance analysis.
  • •Produce analytical review and group review schedules for quarterly regional submissions.
  • •Review and approve journals; identify, drive, build, and operate new projects/assignments as BAU.
  • •Maintain SOX documentation, ensure SOPs are updated and tested, and perform UAT/dry runs for change requests while adhering to policies, audit, controls, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CPA/ACCA/ACCA/MBA/ICWAI with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • •Prior experience in reporting profiles, with exposure to month-end close preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of Site Reporting at financial institutions and processes involving IFRS understanding.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • •Experience managing small (5+) teams in specialized functions and explaining complex technical matters clearly.
