Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture client requirements and design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices and contract documentation needs.
  • •Manage BIM methodology rollout across programmes and projects to ensure successful client, design team, and contractor adoption.
  • •Conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks and meet project requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interfaces, acting as an ambassador for digital services and communicating strategies.
  • •Create bid proposals and detailed reports, contribute to internal documentation and quality processes, and lead teams through peer review of deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably with consultancy environments and experience across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the IMI Framework (UK BIM Framework) plus related information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise using clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as ACC, Asite and Viewpoint, including COBie data understanding for model data validation.
