Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage workplace operations services for Brazil locations and lead collaboration to implement employee experience initiatives.
  • •Oversee projects end-to-end (schedule, quality, cost control), including steering external architects/planners and third parties.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and workplace services (tendering, placing, scheduling, invoice control, documentation, defect tracking, warranty).
  • •Ensure consistent facility management service standards, manage building system procedures/programs, and maintain accuracy/support of the integrated management system (IMS).
  • •Lead health & safety and environmental compliance planning, execution, and control aligned to ISO standards and national/global requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Business administration, or Architecture.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • •2 years of people management experience.
  • •Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • •Experience managing workplace/facility operations, including service standards and compliance.
