Box Office Supervisor PT- Summit Music Hall

Supervise daily and nightly Box Office operations at Summit Music Hall, including will call, guest list, ticket sales, and ticket scanning. Support and train box office staff, manage hiring and performance feedback, and coordinate communication across venue departments. Handle cash drawer balancing and ticket sales reconciliation, oversee pricing initiatives, and maintain secure ticketing inventory and customer databases while ensuring excellent guest experiences.
