Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive smart manufacturing cost optimization initiatives across Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing aligned to overall financial performance.
  • •Identify cost reduction opportunities using AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics, translating them into actionable initiatives and savings roadmaps.
  • •Lead and implement cost transformation initiatives to deliver timely and sustainable benefits, including before/after measurement frameworks for cost, cycle time, and productivity.
  • •Build, prioritize, and operationalize a live portfolio of AI & Generative AI use cases across spend and commodity intelligence, supplier intelligence, and contract analytics.
  • •Apply AI to assess cost structures and optimize procurement and operational workflows for both cash cost and capital spend, collaborating to pilot and scale use cases into daily workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 15 years of work experience across relevant functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
  • •Hands-on delivery of cost transformation with quantified, executive-reported savings.
  • •Experience building and deploying AI/Generative AI and advanced analytics use cases for cost and procurement (opportunity identification, value capture, workflow optimisation) with measurable dollar and FTE-efficiency impact.
  • •Proven track record managing senior stakeholders and communicating complex strategies effectively.
  • •Experience in semiconductor industry and solid understanding of relevant cost solutions (highly desirable).
