Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the end-to-end launch program to deliver business, operational, technology, regulatory, and control requirements on schedule.
  • •Drive Day 1 readiness across equities trading, execution, market access, order management, trade capture, booking, clearing, settlement, and post-trade processes.
  • •Partner with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors to implement and operationalize the target platform and operating model.
  • •Manage program governance (steering committees, workstream oversight, risk management, issue escalation, executive reporting) and maintain an integrated program plan.
  • •Coordinate implementation and testing (requirements gathering, solution design, migration planning, UAT, operational validation, production deployment) and support go-live planning, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience in Financial Markets with significant exposure to Equities business, trading platforms, markets operations, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • •Proven experience leading or supporting a business launch, market entry, platform migration, or large-scale regulatory/business change program.
  • •Strong understanding of the Equities trading lifecycle, including order management, execution, trade capture, allocations, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, and client servicing.
  • •Demonstrated program/project management experience across governance, planning, budget management, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication.
  • •Experience coordinating stakeholders across Front Office, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and external vendors; strong English communication.
