  • •Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
  • •Drive proactive sales conversations via internal/external interactions, outbound calling, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers on digital channel technology (e.g., Zoom, online and mobile banking tools).
  • •Acquire new customers through prospecting while maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships, including referrals to other lines of business.
  • •Handle teller transactions, cash balancing, and perform compliance-focused risk management and assigned branch operational duties.
