Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate end-to-end rollout and go-live for Voice AI, including launch readiness, run-of-show, and cross-functional alignment.
•Drive adoption beyond go-live by ensuring new capabilities land with customers and deliver efficiency, revenue, and guest-experience gains.
•Run the feedback loop between the field and engineering to bring insights into the roadmap.
•Run experiments such as A/B tests, phased rollouts, pilots, and early access programs to validate what works before scaling.
•Own Voice measurement by defining KPIs and maintaining dashboards, and partner with Go-To-Market to improve each rollout through process improvements and AI-enabled workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in product operations, technical program management, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related role—ideally in B2B SaaS.
•Experience owning complex launches and rollouts end-to-end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
•Data-driven approach with SQL skills, designing experiments, defining KPIs, and building dashboards in BI/analytics tools.
•Strong program management ability to drive multiple concurrent deployments through ambiguity to done.
•Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences; bias for action in fast-paced environments.
